GLOSSARY OF TERMS

Last update: 11/22/2021

To every culture, there is a language; one that those within the community use to establish relationships and deep-rooted belonging as well as understanding.

You belong with you, first. You also belong here.

This glossary of terms is designed to help familiarize you with the language you will experience throughout the Life with Shannon site. The provided definitions are a combination of use, experience, and research.

I invite you to embrace creativity here - be less concerned with definition rigidity and more inspired to experience what its meaning reveals to you. As you approach or consider an understanding of each term, I welcome you to feel into the energy of each word as you practice it, and through that self-permission, refine your personal definitions of them as you see fit.
